Mann Built brings nearly a decade of commercial construction management experience to remodeling and repair work across Putnam County. Before founding Mann Built, owner Tony Mann worked as a superintendent on commercial job sites, ranging from hospitality and multifamily to medical and office space. That background means every residential project — from a single fixture repair to a full kitchen remodel — gets the same discipline, scheduling, and attention to detail as a commercial build. Based in Cloverdale, Mann Built is proud to serve homeowners throughout Putnam County and the surrounding areas with dependable, quality craftsmanship, honest pricing, and work you don’t have to worry about once it’s done.
